This is the Denver Skyline and Union Station as seen from Riverfront Park in the Central Platte Valley.

In addition to easy access to downtown and light rail lines, the Central Platte Valley is attractive due to its proximity to entertainment venues, such as the Pepsi Center. (Shown here).

The Pepsi center is where the Colorado Avalanche, (NHL), and Denver Nuggets, (NBA), play.

This is the Legacy Tower under construction. It is the first office building being built in the Central Platte Valley, and the first large, private office building being constructed in downtown Denver in 15 years.

This is just a prelude of things to come.
